Reset it and see if it comes back. It's not THAT major that you replace it just yet. As for 51, that's a shitty one to have. You may have an injector going out. But the car didn't feel like it was on 5 cylinders at all? It can be a pain to diagnose this unless it drops to 5 cylinders as you can't eliminate (not easily anyway) which injector it is. You can, however, start testing them with a meter and such.
